The nose is rich and well-balanced. There are notes of dried fruits and banana foam, hints of apple peel and calvados. There are notes of fragrant woods and cut flowers, sultanas and pear. The palate is of medium-body and quite rich. There are notes of dried grass and barley sugars, winter spice and rum emerges with Pedro Ximinez and sultanas with malt extract. The finish is thick with malted barley and walnut.
