Bottled as part of the Celebration of the Cask range by Càrn Mòr, this is a 40 year old Teaninich single malt which spent all that time in a single, sizeable sherry puncheon. 200 well aged bottles of whisky were produced.
Gorgeously full of character, leathery and deep. A fantastic whisky with great flavour, and you can really tell its maturity. Both my partner and I agree that this is a very good whisky indeed, and it rates as one of my partner's all-time favourites.
