Teaninich 23 Bottling Note
A cask strength bottling from the Teaninich distillery, matured for 23 years and released as part of Diageo's Rare Malts range.
The nose is very spirity with a smoky marmalade note and hints of honeycomb sweetness with rubbed petals. Notes of dried pine emerge. The palate is very full and robust as one would imagine. The fruits of many and of exotic persuasion. There are some notes of melted honey and leather with cigar box notes. The finish is long and very warming.
