Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Quite thick and very smoky. Notes of smoked meats and kippers, a good seaweedy note. Bramley apple peels and a quiet peat.

Palate: Full and very smoky. A solid slab of peat descends with an oaky bitterness. Coastal.

Finish: Barley, thick, smoky, lo
