Strathmill 35YO 1976 OMC Bottling Note

This was distilled in April 1976 and aged for 35 years in a refill hogshead before bottling at higher proof in February 2012. A single cask Strathmill from the Old Malt Cask range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apples and grist on the nose, with notes of spongecake, calves leather and barley sugar.

Palate: A malty, sweet palate with notes of cocoa butter, peppermint and milky, honey-drenched porridge.

Finish: A spiced finish with café lattes and malt.
