Whisky or Whiskey

Interesting fact… Secret Stills No. 3.2 Lowland 1989 whisky spells its name whisky as it originates in Scotland. Had it been produced in America its name would be Secret Stills No. 3.2 Lowland 1989 whiskey, instead of whisky.

Secret Stills Lowland 1989 Tasting Note

The nose is sweet and fresh with plenty of sherry, a hint of oak and cut herbs with a green character, acacia honey and cut hay. The palate is rich and punchy with notes of winter spice and caramelised sugar, toffee, butterscotch and aniseed. The finish is long and gentle with a little sherry.
