Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Smoked meats, medicinal notes, a very interesting cocoa note. Rather like dusting cocoa over a chocolate spongecake. There's also some pretty unique peat smoke and dry driftwood.
Palate
Drying with wood, a good whack of the coast too, and plenty of rich, fruity peat. Tangy citrus notes, and dry grass.
Finish
Saline, mouthwatering, with creamy sweetness and smoke.
