This 19 year old Rosebank was bottled under Douglas Laing's cracking Old Malt Cask range. Each whisky is bottled at their preferred bottling strength of 50%, usually from single casks. This was distilled in the Lowlands in February 1990, aged in a single refill butt and bottled as 670 bottles in December 2009.
Floral, cereals, with caramelised banana.
Spicy. An unusual Rosebank this; thick with banoffee pie! Allspice and ginger ale in the background.
Sweet spices, that ginger ale note lasts for some time.
