Nose: Spice, manuka honey, cinnamon, bergamot, cedar wood, potpourri, orange zest and hints of soft, supple barley.
Palate: Creamy, smooth, spicy and sweet. A lot of vanilla, peaches in syrup, stewed apples, custard and pepper.
Finish: Dried apricots, honey and dessert wine.
