Distilled at Port Ellen distillery on Islay in 1982, this Old Bothwell single cask release comes from one of the most sought after distilleries of all time.
When Diageo sought to shut down one of their Islay distilleries in 1983, Port Ellen was the smallest and seen to be similar in character to Caol Ila, but since then the remaining casks of Port Ellen single malt have become the stuff of legend.
