Bottling Note

A monster Monster from Compass Box, this is a peaty vatted... sorry, blended malt for fans of phenols. But you knew that already I expect, given you're looking at 1.5 litres of the stuff!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Peat, marked salinity, leans to Caol Ila in style, something medicinal. Sweet and fruity, grainy.

Palate: Peat, oak. Botanicals, floral, coppery, sweet, smoky bacon, hint of papaya.

Finish: A lingering sweetness, more peat, floral: roses and violets, sweet spice, oak.

Overall: A sweet, peat explosion.
