North British #39909 Bottling Note
This 33 year old single cask single grain whisky was distilled at North British in August of 1978 and it was aged in cask 39909 before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Rare Auld range in November of 2011. A release of 235 numbered bottles.

Nose: Sweet, creamy nose with orange juice, tropical fruits and freshly mown grass. Some coconut, custard and parsley.
Palate: Sweet and juicy with almonds, orange and apple, a little coffee bean and honey too.
Finish: Good length with rhubarb crumble and nutmeg.
