Nose: Sherry soaked trifle with delicious red fruit notes of cherries and raspberries leading to green gooseberry aromas.
Palate: Coconut and chocolate in a Bounty bar of flavour.
Finish: Dark chocolate and raspberry in a long finish.
Overall: A very well made whisky with lots going on, the trifle aroma on the nose is particularly enjoyable.
