Nose
Sherry soaked trifle with delicious red fruit notes of cherries and raspberries leading to green gooseberry aromas.
Palate
Coconut and chocolate in a Bounty bar of flavour.
Finish
Dark chocolate and raspberry in a long finish.
Overall
A very well made whisky with lots going on, the trifle aroma on the nose is particularly enjoyable.
