Description

From Duncan Taylor's Dimensions range comes this single cask Mortlach, distilled in July 1995 and aged for 16 years in cask 4099 before bottling at natural cask strength in March of 2012.

Nose

Perfumed with notes of lavender, hints of oak and cinnamon, a touch of blossom and mushroom. Very interesting.

Palate

Fruity and floral, notes of canned peaches, a touch of burnt rubber, plumwood and notes of pepper.

Finish

Long and drying with sour oak and spice.
