From Duncan Taylor's Dimensions range comes this single cask Mortlach, distilled in July 1995 and aged for 16 years in cask 4099 before bottling at natural cask strength in March of 2012.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Perfumed with notes of lavender, hints of oak and cinnamon, a touch of blossom and mushroom. Very interesting.

Palate: Fruity and floral, notes of canned peaches, a touch of burnt rubber, plumwood and notes of pepper.

Finish: Long and drying with sour oak and spice.
