Nose: Soft, sweet nose with notes of honey, peels, apple, cut hay and strawberries in cream.
Palate: Tangy and fruity with notes of oak, crème caramel and rum spices. Hints of cold, sweet coffee, toffee apples and vanilla.
Finish: Sweet and creamy. Some peppers, some cola sweets and a hint of honey on the tail.
