A traditional Speysider, bottled under Gordon and MacPhail's own label. This was matured in refill sherry casks and offers plenty of cask influence: dried fruits and peels, sultanas and oak.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite full and fruity. Thee are notes of marmalade and lemon zest, a hint of oak and pine resin, a touch of toasty smoke with a cereal sweetness. The palate is quite full and well-balanced. There are notes of fruit, particularly nectarine, a touch of toffee and a green character with some wood smoke The finish is long and smoky with dried peel notes.
