Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite subdued and spirity. There are notes of fresh flowers and a little mixed peel character, a touch of cut hay and a little oak. The palate is quite light and subtle. There are notes of marmalade and orange zest, hints of cut hay and barley. The finish is of medium-length with an oaken note.
