Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A nutmeg and clove-led nose with notes of apple peel, honey and toffee.

Palate: Bittersweet oak, mixed with thick, creamy malt. A touch of molasses, pepper and orchard fruit. Vanilla builds and builds late palate.

Finish: Custard and apple crumble.
