Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spiced and malty. Notes of heather, acacia honey, black pepper and custard.

Palate: A sweet, spicy palate with apple wood, apple strudel, rose petals and a little golden syrup.

Finish: Long, sweet finish, ending up on rum spices.
