This Speysider was bottled at nineteen years old by Berry Brothers and Rudd from a single cask. This Longmorn is non-chill filtered so all of the flavour and texture is preserved in the final product!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The aroma is of fennel and star anise chased with drying hay and some course ground black pepper. The palate is sweeter with notes of liquorish, caramel and aromatic herbs which leads to a zesty finish.
