The nose is full with notes of waxy toffee and dry wood, hints of mixed peels and mocchaccino with a touch of honey. The palate is big and silken smooth in delivery with lush sherry notes pouring through the hints of calvados and zest, a little balanced acidity and oaked tannins with a little dryness.
