The nose is quite light with a milky, lactic note. There is a muddiness with a butyric character and a touch of acidity with dried grass by the sea. The palate is quite light also with notes of sweet butter, a touch of light toffee and notes of ash and smoke and a little dry wood. The finish is very soft and quite abrupt with a little medicinal note linger on with a touch of wood.
