Nose: Sticking plasters and iodine, buttery malt and tarry coastal ropes, with a hint of violets and vanilla sugar. Quite complex.
Palate: Herbal and quite fruity too, with burnt apple peels and honey. Toffee apples and barrel char. Oily and coastal.
Finish: Medium-length, ends of sweet, oily smoke and maple.
