Nose: Potpourri, kippers, tangy fruit, iodine, salinity and dry smoke in a smokehouse.
Palate: Zesty and tangy with a lot of apple, almond and peat. Seaweed, old ropes, brine and lemon juice. Wood smoke too.
Finish: Stem ginger in syrup, marzipan, iodine, sticking plasters on fire.
