The nose is slightly sweet with gentle sherry notes. The peat is rich and full with notes of eucalyptus oil, spice and pepper, a coastal note soaks in with a touch of fruit, notes of smoke and a nuttiness. The palate is pungent and full. Notes of peat on every level with pungent smoke and Lapsang Souchong. A hint of something herbal with wood notes and a fire gone cold. A touch of rich toffee sweetness with arak.
