Highland Park Alchemy Bottling Note

Very unusual this one, a wonderful Highland Park, aged for 16 years. This was bottled by Alchemist and was even given a finish in Calvados barrels (it's quite rare to find a Calvados finished whisky).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rum like, very light, fruity, little bit spicy.

Palate: Very sweet, barley, vanilla, apricot, smoke.

Finish: Malty sweet with just a touch of smoke, a hint of iodine, not that long, but the smokiness remains.
