Nose: Rich and fragrant with notes of berry fruits, particularly strawberry jam, and hints of pomegranate. Some black pepper spice, a touch of cedar and a little wood smoke.
Palate: Fruity and thick, quite unusual for a Highland Park with more of those pomegranate notes, hints of aniseed, gingerbread and malt. Some salty butter and a touch of smoke.
Finish: Fruity, buttery and spicy finish.
