Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Sweet, and not unlike poly cement, but definitely in a good, interesting way. Hints of the smell of fibreglass insulation in attics. Freshly baked poppy seed cake and honey.

    Palate

Sweet and spicy. A very interesting, digestive biscuit flavour comes through, as does that general attic-iness. A very curious little whisky with quite a bit of golden syrup sweetness.

    Finish

    White sugar and shortbread.
