Glenrothes Alba Reserve
A surprising release from Glenrothes - this is comprised entirely of ex-Bourbon whiskies (matured in Bourbon casks). The name Alba makes reference to Quercus Alba, the Latin name for American Oak. Not to be confused with ALMA - The Atacama Large Millimeter Array - one of the world's most sophisticated Radio Telescope Arrays - which doesn't taste as nice.
light and balanced
Lacks complexity, but clean and crisp. Great bottle for the price, do what we Americans do and buy a six pack, it Wont last long in your collection.
