This is a 1977 vintage Glenlivet bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their distillery label range.
Apples with some honeyed vanilla and warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg.
The palate is remarkably fresh with Granny Smith apples and dark chocolate.
The finish maintains its spice with a lingering chocolatey flavour.
This Glenlivet has leasing apple and spice notes with a fairly long finish.
