Wood and Fudge

Nose: Chocolate fudge, oaky overtones Palate: All wood all the time, never had so much wood flavor in such a dram, spice and slight chocolate Finish: Reminds me of the flavor of a wooden chest in the attic, musty, woodsy with some slight sweetness, toffee perhaps Impression: Needs cutting to come out but highly recommend, never have predicted this combination of heath bar, fudge and old wood -Scotch & Honey
