Glenfarclas Family Cask 1991 was a single sherry butt and the whisky has nutty, chocolaty flavours. This was aged in cask number 5623, and it was bottled on the 1st March 2007 as part of a release of 613 bottles.
Thick, darkly nutty. Cherry, stewed fruits, salted butter, fudge. Orchard fruit.
The nose is thick and darkly nutty. Chocolate eclair sweets.
Big, fruity, toffee, rubbery.

Amazing! Dried fruit and spice, fruit cake, vanilla, toffee, clove, plum. A real treat to taste something from the same year I was born!
