The Glenfarclas Family Cask from 1988 was a sherry butt, the whisky is mellow and vanilla laden.
Lovely clarity. Fruit salad. Minty, jammy. Floral. Toffee.
Rich, fruity, candied peels, winter spice, menthol. Vanilla.
Firm, long, fruity, slightly rubbery.
Brought this for my sons 30th next year, amazing distillery
