A brilliant whisky with a brilliant story behind it. These rare, 3 litre bottles of Glenfarclas 105 were only ever given away as prizes to racing jockeys, and they were never released for general sale. Truly a piece of history and a very collectable item!
Great depth, sherry. Creamy and nutty. Honey on toast, touch of smoky coffee.
Silken, spicy and peppery oak. Almond, praline, hazelnut, dried peels, fruity. Touch of Armagnac, hint of rancio perhaps?
Long, peppery and nutty.
