A single cask Glendronach, aged for a whopping 33 years before bottling battling at natural cask strength. Batch six was distilled in 1978 and aged in cask 1068.
Huge deep, dark sherry notes on the nose. Hints of rancio, Armagnac, plum brandy and tangy damsons. Pepper and butterscotch build.
A mix of truffle oil and intense walnut notes, a coffee/caramel note develops, alongside juicy chocolate malt and port wine.
Berry fruits and spice. Very, very long.
