Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is fragrant and rich. There are notes of sherried peels and chewy sultanas. Notes of vanilla spice and marmalade. A touch of oak with sweet barley sugars and honey. The palate is full and of good body. There are notes of sweet cereals and crisp barley sugars, gentle smoke with chewy dried oak. The finish is of good length with oaken warmth.
