A 9 year old Glenallachie, distilled in Autumn 2000 and aged in a single refill hogshead before bottling in Summer of 2010 for the Provenance range.
Tangy notes of grapefruit and lime juice, caramel and malt. Hints of black pepper.
Fruity, buttery toffee, barley and lemon marmalade.
Stewed fruits with a hint of parsley.
