While many of the Wemyss single casks are named after food that shares a similar flavour profile to the whisky, this one is called 'Merchant's Mahogany Chest', which does bring into question what they're eating over at Wemyss. Despite that, this Glen Scotia single cask from 1991 has whet our appetite and had an outturn of 807 bottles.
