Part of a release of just 350 bottles from Glen Scotia Cask number 511, an ex-bourbon barrel, distilled on 23rd July 1999 and bottled on 26th April 2007.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very smoky, ash. Cereal notes. Sweetness, fruit salad, esters. Blossom, herbal.

Palate: Phenolic, oily, diesel. Something medicinal, chemical character. Dry wood, sour cream, wood shavings.

Finish: Long, smoky, bitterness creeps in.
