A light, fresh-tasting Glen Ord from Douglas Laing's Provenance range (a fabulous range which showcases the effects of season on whisky production), this was distilled in Autumn 2004 before an 8 year maturation in a single refill hogshead.
Fresh and fruity nose - apple peels, hints of Danish pastry and salted butter.
Light and fresh palate. Very sweet and creamy, with candied peels and orange zest.
Dry grass.
