The Glen Ord edition from the Managers Choice range. Distilled in 1997 and matured in cask number 10181 (an American oak bourbon barrel). Bottled at cask strength in 2009 with an outturn of 204 bottles.

Rich, cedar, toffee apple, woody and zesty. Good complexity with some vanilla cream and honey.
Sublimely smooth with notes of chocolate, marmalade, hints of pepper, a touch of smoke with all sorts of woody notes.
Good length, balanced with creme de cacao and fruit. Musty and delectable.
