Description
This was distilled at the Glen Moray distillery in October 1994 where it was aged for 17 years in cask 4802 before bottling by Duncan Taylor in February 2012 for their Dimensions range. A release of 290 numbered cask strength bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A herbal, grassy nose with notes of malt and butterscotch, a little plum wine, gingerbread, rye and porridge oats.
Palate
Rounded and fruity with hints of vanilla, tropical fruits (lychee perhaps) and dried grass. Mellow and supple.
Finish
Good length with plenty of sweet spices on the tail.
