Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is of medium-body with a thick texture. There are notes of cereals and barley sugars, hints of cut grass and leafy greenness. There are notes of Bartlett pears and greengages and salty melted butter. Shades of oak and toffee. The palate is of medium-body with a good balance. There is a pleasant sweetness from the barley with notes of calvados and Cox’s apples. Notes of winter spice and exotic fruit with dried herbs. The finish is long with a dry oaked backbone.
