A Gordon and MacPhail bottling of 21 year old Glen Grant, matured in refill sherry casks.

The nose is rich and well-balanced with an excellent clarity emerging. There are notes of honeyed granary toast, rubbed petals and rosewater develops with a hint of calvados and malt extract, a little exotic fruit reveals itself. The palate is quite full with a soft, weaving smoke. Notes of sherried sultanas and creamy acacia honey emerges with notes of sweet dried mixed peels. The finish is long with good fruit and dried peel notes.
