Nose: Coffee beans and chocolate, Chantilly cream and cracked black pepper. A little chocolate-coated digestive biscuit, hints of almond oil and allspice.
Palate: An intense, spicy palate with notes of rich, thick cooked fruit and custard, malt and sherry.
Finish: Pears, apple peel and honey.
