Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Pear on the nose, with notes of porridge oats, cut hay and cherry. Quite malty and inviting with freshly baked pastry notes.

Palate: Creamy and filling with notes of apples, pear and aniseed. A little herbal character with smoked ham and toffee.

Finish: Good length with winter spices and malt.
