Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Pear on the nose, with notes of porridge oats, cut hay and cherry. Quite malty and inviting with freshly baked pastry notes.

    Palate

Creamy and filling with notes of apples, pear and aniseed. A little herbal character with smoked ham and toffee.

    Finish

Good length with winter spices and malt.
