A single cask Glen Garioch 21 Year Old, this is a sophisticated older whisky that's developed a subtle savoury character.

Big toffee sweetness with marmalade and stewed pears. Underscored by fragrant ceder wood notes and a refined citrus.
Not as sweet as the nose suggests, the palate is quite dry with a smooth fruity body - pears again with apple and a hint of liquorice.
Medium, and pleasently dry with bitter orange and ceder.
A refined and subtle whisky that would work wonderfully as an aperitif.

Excellent taste! Honey hue. Great mood.
