A Glen Elgin from Duncan Taylor's Dimensions series. This was distilled in October of 1995 and aged for 16 years before bottling un-chillfiltered in April 2012. This is from batch 0001.
Tangy fruits - greengages, hints of tart citrus. A little peppermint, cut herbs and haylofts.
Fruit and chocolate, toffee apples, liquorice, malt. Grassy.
Nutmeg and plantains.
