What's in a name? Glen Garioch 15 Year Old - The Renaissance - Chapter One whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Glen Garioch 15 Year Old - The Renaissance - Chapter One whiskey, rather than whisky.
I've had the Glen Garioch 10 year old as well as the Founders Reserve. Both are excellent. However this is the most complex, flavoursome and satisfying whisky I have ever tasted and I've literally tasted hundreds of malts. It has a rich honeyed toast and apricots flavour and a beautiful long finish that makes you want more. I cant think of a better malt at this or even twice the price.
